Accommodation fee varies between room types. Twin share with private bathroom is RMB 3,500 per 2 terms/semester,
four share with bunkbeds and private bathroom is RMB 1,750 per 2 terms/semester. Four share with public bathroom is RMB
900 per 2 terms/semester. Six share with public bathroom is RMB 600 per 2 terms/semester. All the rooms are equipped with
air-conditioning, 24-hour hot water, China Mobile Wi-Fi access, water dispenser, 24-hour staff on duty. The fee for
rooms with a private bathroom includes 1000 watts of electricity use per room per semester, as well as RMB 200 of water
usage per person per semester. The fee for rooms with a public bathroom includes 500 watts per room per semester, and
RMB 120 of water usage per person per semester. The school will issue water and electricity cards to students at the
extra cost of RMB 40 (non refundable). Students will need to pay for the extra consumption of water and electricity.
Internet usage fee depends on the package students choose from China Mobile. Beds linen packs cost an extra RMB 405 per
set.

Accommodation Options in Sydney: Students studying at our Sydney campus live off-campus, but accommodation is
available with other Blue Mountains students on application (subject to availability). The current cost is AUD350 per
week. This accommodation is only 15 minutes walk from campus or a very short bus or train trip. Accommodation is available
in three and four single bedroom apartments, with crockery and cutlery supplied, as well as bed linen, television, internet
access, kitchenette and coin-operated laundry facilities

Potential earning is indicative and should only be used as a guide. Each term figure is based on AUD 16.37 per hour
(gross minimum wage before tax) for 20 hours per week over ten weeks. Industry placement figure is based on AUD 16.37
per hour multiplied by the hours stated above. Minimum wages outlined in the National Workplace Relations system are
reviewed by Fair Work Australia annually. Students have the possibility to do more IP hours than stated and on average
undergraduate students work 800 hours on their IP.
